They do not know how to fit wings and Bonnets correctly. They think that a shutline is 10mm - 25mm wide, when actually it is not, a shutline is 5mm. The customer service is no good. They give estimates to say that they buy parts, but on closer looks at the panels fitted they have estimated a new wing which they have not fitted, then in turn conning the insurance companies out of money for parts which havent been fitted.
